Quentin Phillips

Quentin PHILLIPS is affiliated with the Crips gang and has ties to San Antonio, Texas. In 2013, PHILLIPS was convicted on two counts of Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant and received two 8-year sentences to run concurrently in TDCJ. His criminal history also includes a 30-month sentence of confinement in federal prison and 36 months of probation after being convicted for Possession of a Weapon. In June 2020 he was arrested for Murder, Deadly Conduct, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. The charges stemmed from his suspected involvement in a July 2017 gang-related drive-by shooting in a San Antonio neighborhood that left a four-year-old boy dead and his mother injured. PHILLIPS was later released on bond and subsequently removed his ankle monitor in April 2021. On May 21, 2021, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for his arrest for Murder, Deadly Conduct, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. In addition, on May 27, 2021, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation; and on June 3, 2021, the U.S. Marshals Service issued a warrant for his arrest for Probation Violation.
